Warmer temps and longer days are finally upon us! Class is moving outside to Genesee Valley Park at the Roundhouse Pavillion. Curious about yoga? Just Yoga is an all-levels community yoga class built around having fun doing yoga together. Find unity and stability and explore the practice of yoga in a light-hearted, interactive, and unconventional way. Build up core strength and stability through a series of challenging but playful movements. Use the power of your breath to practice staying present and engaged. Find the line between effort and ease. It's just yoga!
Cody is a graduate of the TRU/Yoga for a Good Hood 200hr teacher training and has been with ROCovery since August of 2021.
This event is for individuals who are 18 years or older (this activity may not be suitable for younger humans).
