Find unity and stability and explore the practice of yoga in a light-hearted, interactive, and unconventional way. Build up core strength and stability through a series of challenging but playful movements. Use the power of your breath to practice staying present and engaged. Find the line between effort and ease. It's just yoga!
Cody is a graduate of the TRU/Yoga for a Good Hood 200hr teacher training and has been with ROCovery since August of 2021.
