Rocky Horror Picture Show — 50th Anniversary Movie Night at Hifi Provisions

"In this cult classic, sweethearts Brad (Barry Bostwick) and Janet (Susan Sarandon), stuck with a flat tire during a storm, discover the eerie mansion of Dr. Frank-N-Furter (Tim Curry), a transvestite scientist. As their innocence is lost, Brad and Janet meet a houseful of wild characters, including a rocking biker (Meat Loaf) and a creepy butler (Richard O'Brien). Through elaborate dances and rock songs, Frank-N-Furter unveils his latest creation: a muscular man named Rocky."

Looking for Halloween plans? Hifi Provisions is hosting an outdoor movie night! Join us in Industry City Courtyard 5/6 for a 50th Anniversary screening of the Rocky Horror Picture Show!

Seating

This event is BYO chair or blanket. We will be sitting under the stars in a drive-in fashion. The Courtyard has a stretch of grass we will be borrowing for the night. We will be able to provide seating in case of emergencies, but it is strongly recommended you bring your own!

Costumes

We will be hosting a costume contest before the movie! It is Halloween night, so come dressed up! It's not required to dress as RHPS characters, but we look forward to anyone who does. The contest will take place before the movie begins and will be voted on by the audience. There will be prizes given out to the top 3 winners!

*Participation in the contest is not mandatory. Contestants can sign up when they arrive.

Drinks/Food

Our Hifi Lounge will be moving outside for the night. Beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks will be served all night. We will also have a concession stand stocked with snacks and freshly popped popcorn.

Prop Bags

Hifi Provisions will be providing RHPS prop bags for the evening. Each bag will be filled with the appropriate props and info card on when to throw them at the screen. One bag is included with each ticket. Additional bags can be purchased at the screening.

Know all the words to the soundtrack? Know all the responses to call out at the screen? Shout them out! The audience is part of every Rocky Horror screening and makes up half the fun! Please join in the call-backs with us.

All tickets are $25 with a small Eventbrite fee. Tickets can be purchased in person for NO FEE. Upon arrival, please check in at our stand located at the entry of the Courtyard. Directions signs will be posted the night of the event.

IDs will be checked. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Kids get free candy!
