On April 25th and 26th, the Mahoning Drive-In theater presents ”The Rocky Horror Drive-In Picture Show”, the ultimate fan celebration of the film that taught the world to do The Time Warp! It’s astounding…Richard O’ Brien’s campy stage musical ode to 1950s science fiction movies and explosion of its social mores, “The Rocky Horror Show” went from stage to screen in 1975 with THE ROCKY HOROR PICTURE SHOW, featuring Tim Curry in an iconic performance as sweet transvestite and musically mad Dr. Frank N. Furter, looking to make the perfect man, whose plans are thwarted when super-square couple Brad and Janet (Barry Bostwick and Susan Sarandon) show up at the castle door.
Arguably the greatest cult movie of all time, a film that’s inspired countless viewers to cast aside their inhibitions and be who they are, a midnight movie sensation for half a century! With Richard O’ Brien, Little Nell, Patricia Quinn, Charles Gray, Peter Hinwood and Meatloaf!
