On Sunday, April 27th, hop aboard the Pork Chop Express with Jack Burton and pal Wang Chi, as they run into the mystic night to rescue damsels in distress in San Francisco’s Chinatown, where they find BIG TROUBLE IN LITTLE CHINA (1986)! The Mahoning Drive-In Theater presents a special Sunday “Master Carpenter” screening of this 80s action/comedy/Sci-Fi/Horror classic, starring Kurt Russell as Jack Burton, a two-fisted, trash-talking trucker taking on David Lo Pan (James Hong), an ancient wizard with a Kung-Fu army at his disposal, in a strange and magical world beneath the city streets.
Director John Carpenter lets the fists, Fu, monsters and magic fly, all to a driving synth score, as one of the most unique cult films of all time hits the mighty Mahoning screen on 35mm!
So remember, it’s all in the reflexes, the check is in the mail, gates open at 6pm, showtime at sundown!
Tickets are $8.00 General Admission. $5 for children 12 and under.
All events are Rain or Shine. No refunds or transfers.
