Rocklin Civic Celebration Red, White and Bluegrass Parade

Kick off the Rocklin Civic Celebration Red, White and Bluegrass with a parade that's as bold and spirited as the city itself! The Red, White & Blue Grass Parade rolls through the heart of Rocklin in a festive procession honoring community pride, local spirit, and the American tradition of coming together. From marching bands and decorated family wagons to local heroes and beloved community organizations, this parade brings the celebration to the streets!

The Red, White & Blue Grass Parade is a walking parade only — motorized vehicles and floats are not permitted as parade entries.

Registration Deadline is April 13th, 2026.

• All entries must be family-friendly and appropriate for a general public audience.

• No alcohol may be consumed by participants before or during the parade. • all entries are walking only, and motorized vehicles and floats are not included in this event.

• Candy/items thrown to the crowd must be pre-approved and tossed gently — no hard candy or projectile items.

• Dogs must remain on leash and under control at all times and handlers must clean up immediately.

• Any entry that does not comply with these rules may be removed from the parade.

• In case of a medical emergency, alert the nearest volunteer or call 911 immediately.

• If the parade is stopped for any reason, remain in place until you receive instruction from a volunteer.

• The Parade Director may halt or reroute the parade at any time for safety reasons.
