Join us for a 2-day Rocket Yoga Immersion designed to break down the movements you’ve been chasing, build the strength you’ve been missing, and unlock a whole new level of confidence in your practice. Whether you’ve been curious about arm balances, intimidated by jump-backs, or stuck at the wall in your handstands, this weekend is where things start to click.
Rooted in the playful, rebellious spirit of Rocket Yoga, this immersion blends structured learning with high-energy practice. You won’t just do the sequences, you’ll understand them. Every session is built to give you the drills, progressions, and body awareness needed to actually improve, not just survive the flow.
Over two full days, you’ll explore:
-The foundations of Rocket Yoga (including the “why” behind the method)
-Step-by-step progressions for jump throughs & jump backs
-Strength-building drills for core, body line, and control
-A full spectrum of inversions: from headstand to handstand
-A progressive approach to arm balances (crow → side crow → beyond)
-Safe, supported pathways into deep backbending
-Long-form Rocket “BBQ” practices to integrate everything in real time
Expect a balance of education, repetition, challenge, and play with plenty of moments where things finally lift, float, or fly. This is part workshop, part lab, part “holy sh*t I didn’t know I could do that.”
This immersion is ideal for:
