Rocket Yoga is a playful, energising flow designed to help you build strength, find freedom, and have a little fun on your mat.
Inspired by Ashtanga but taught in a more accessible, creative way, Rocket encourages exploration. You’ll move through strong, dynamic sequences with options to modify, pause, or level up, making it suitable for curious Yogis through to experienced yogis.
Expect:
- Strong, flowing sequences
- Opportunities to play with arm balances and inversions (optional!)
- A supportive, non-serious atmosphere
- Time to move, breathe, laugh, and challenge yourself
- A grounding wind-down to leave you feeling uplifted and energised
Rocket Yoga is all about progress, not perfection, breaking the rules, trying new things, and reconnecting with the joy of movement.
