Rock Steady Boxing is a uniquely effective form of physical exercise provided to people who are living with Parkinson's. This non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness routine is proving to dramatically improve the ability of people with Parkinson's to live independent lives.
Your classes will start on the selected ticket date. Tickets reserve your seat in the class for the 4 weeks, 12 class period.
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday In-Person Classes are offered at the below times:
- 10am-11am
- 11:30am-12:30pm
- 1-2pm
$100 MEMBERSHIP FEE - 3 CLASSES PER WEEK FOR 4 WEEKS
Plus one time $40 Registration fee
Includes individual assessment prior to class participation
