About this Event
Grief moves in cycles, much like the seasons of the forest.
Tending the Transitions is a seasonal grief support series offered by Better Place Forests that creates space for reflection, grounding, and connection in nature.
Our summer gathering, The Heart’s Canopy, reflects the warmth and shelter of the forest during the height of the season.
Together we’ll spend time beneath the canopy of the trees, reflecting on the connections and memories that continue to shape our lives.
During this experience participants will:
• begin with gentle grounding exercises
• spend quiet time exploring the forest
• take part in a simple reflection activity
• close together with a moment of calm reflection
This gathering is designed to be supportive and low pressure.
Participants are never required to share personal stories.
The intention is simply to offer a peaceful place to spend time in nature while honoring grief and memory.
