Tending the Transitions is a seasonal grief support series offered by Better Place Forests that creates space for reflection, grounding, and connection in nature.
Our fall gathering, The Earthbound Release, reflects the natural season of change and letting go.
As leaves fall and the forest prepares for winter, this gathering invites us to reflect on what we’ve carried through our grief journey and what we may be ready to gently release.
During this experience participants will:
• begin with gentle grounding exercises
• spend quiet time exploring the forest
• take part in a seasonal reflection activity
• close together with a moment of calm reflection
This gathering is designed to be supportive and low pressure.
Participants are never required to share personal stories.
