Rock of Ages: AI Rock Worship Sing-a-long & Praise Party

This is a new way to experience worship and will feature local singer, Esther Cole.

Whether you are a Christian or not, like rock music or not, young or old, this will be a family-friendly event where everyone is welcome.

Rock music transcends the generations. While children are welcome, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. There is no upper age limit and a ramp is available for those needing wheelchair access.

The event is organised by Kingdom Business Liverpool, a network connecting Christian entrepreneurs, investors, leaders and influencers, for Kingdom impact, locally and globally.

This is a free event. However, there will be an opportunity to donate towards our chosen charity: The Message Trust Community Grocery Network.

The worship night will take place at Heart Liverpool, a new coffee shop and church, located at 104 Duke Street, Liverpool.

Christian music has evolved with each generation. Even traditional hymns with an organ accompaniment were once considered cutting-edge technology, a radical new way to worship.

Now we're at an important cultural moment, with the Official UK Christian & Gospel Singles Chart being launched at the same time that AI worship music floods onto YouTube and Spotify. While some may see this as a danger to human creativity, others may see it as an opportunity for creativity to increase.

And so a new genre of worship music is born - AI Rock Worship! It's reimaging old hymns and popular worship songs, but in different styles of rock - from classic rock and heavy metal, to blues rock and '80s 'Hair Metal.'

In some ways, it's not much different from contemporary Christian Music with its electric guitars and catchy riffs. And yet, it's so much more! It's a bit like when Bob Dillon went electric in 1965, a watershed moment, where he abandoned pure folk for rock. Now, perfectly autotuned vocals and synthetic instruments are praising the Lord!

Everyone is welcome to come along to this AI Rock Worship Sing-a-long to experience a new genre of worship - the "What If..." creativity of imagining what familiar worship songs could sound like if they were played by a rock band or even a rock orchestra!

As one AI Rock Channel on YouTube puts it, this is "fake music, real worship."
