Rock and Rise is a women-run non-profit organization playing a part in the movement toward diversity and inclusion in climbing and the outdoors. We believe everyone should feel safe and welcome within the climbing community, and we work especially hard to serve folks with added intersecting identities (Indigenous, BIPOC, LGBTQ2+, official language minorities, immigrants, persons with disabilities, and more). We have diverse and genuine representation within our organization as well as through our mentors, guides, vendors, artists and more.
