The Mobile Free Pharmacy provides individuals and families who are low-income with free over-the-counter medicine. NC MedAssist collaborates with community partners to organize free events throughout the state. Individuals receive items such as pain relief, cold and cough medicine, allergy, digestive, vitamins, and even children’s medicines. No need to fuss with filling out paperwork or waiting in line. You can preorder your free over-the-counter medicine online in advance and skip the line.

Some events have additional activities going on in conjunction with our medicine giveaway. Some include, but are not limited to free health screenings, vaccines, etc.
