This beloved tradition honors the life and legacy of Scottish poet Robert Burns while raising to support the next generation of talent in the restaurant, winemaking, viticulture, brewing, and distilling industries.
Guests will enjoy a fabulous dinner prepared by El Gaucho, along with live music, excellent wines, and a spirited toast to the haggis, as well as our silent and live auction—all in support of local students pursuing their dreams in the culinary and beverage arts.
