Join our Senior Sous Chef, Rob Perez for an exclusive culinary experience centered around creating summer dishes using fresh produce. Designed to inspire both home cooks and food enthusiasts alike, these sessions are crafted to offer practical guidance and creative inspiration.At Weston, we use fresh produce taken from our four-acre Walled Garden and heritage Orchards and Rob will showcase how the summer produce from the Walled Garden goes from estate to plate.
Hosted in the Granary Café, each workshop will provide a hands on demonstration led by Rob as he shares his expertise, culinary secrets and innovative techniques.
During the session, guests are encouraged to engage, ask questions, enjoy tastings and receive a recipe pack to take home.
Following the demonstration guests will enjoy a two-course lunch from our Estate to Plate menu which showcases the finest seasonal ingredients harvested from the Walled Garden.
11am – 2pm
£32.50 per person and includes coffee and homemade biscuits on arrival, the demonstration, tastings, recipe pack and a two-course lunch off the Estate to Plate menu in the Granary Restaurant
