Due to the high demand and repeated requests from our students, we have decided to relaunch our class on vegan Roasted Pig Agar Agar by Singaporeās pioneer Agar Agar Making Instructor, Yeo Li Li.
The 4 hours class will surely equip you with valuable knowledge & skills so that you can āroastā this Chinese classic and traditional dish and agar agar š anytime for your family celebrations.

Course Outline:
- To introduce keys ingredients
- To demon on cooking the agar agar for the creation
- To apply knowledge & skill learn to complete roasted pig and peach using moulds.
- To learn using natural food colourings on creations.
- To assemble the entire creation
- To learn plating technique for aesthetics presentation
- Troubleshoot & fix creation
