THEY'RE DOING IT AGAIN!! ROAR Inc are delighted to announce that Emma, Di, and Connie from Hillside CrossFit are undertaking the non-stop 24-Hour Swim to raise funds for ROAR Inc... and rumour has it that they will be competing against another team to see who can raise the most money!!Last year was EPIC - the team braved hail, lightning, and hypothermia. They were pulled out of the pool three times because of lightning due to a sudden and unexpected storm, but they simply extended their finish time. They were unstoppable.
Their goal was to raise enough money to run a ROAR school intervention program, which costs $5300. They raised enough money to fund two school programs, and to sponsor 13 athletes in our after-school programs.
