The RNIB Health and Social Care Training team team will deliver a Lunch and Learn session providing an overview of what the eye condition is, the effect on vision, explore treatment options and simple support tips.

Winnie Smith, Training and Development Manager

Winnie moved into designing and delivering training after a career in teaching, joining the Health and Social Care Training team in 2023. A clear communicator, Winnie ensures complex topics are explained in an easy-to-understand way.
