Please note this session will contain the same content as our Introduction to Cataracts course.

Winnie Smith, Training and Development Manager
Winnie moved into designing and delivering training after a career in teaching, joining the Health and Social Care Skills Development team in 2023. A clear communicator, Winnie ensures complex topics are explained in an easy-to-understand way.
Winnie says: "I am passionate about ensuring staff have all the information and resources they need to confidently support people living with sight loss and look forward to meeting you at the training".
<h4>Qualifications:</h4>BSc (Hons) Human Biology - Loughborough University
Postgraduate Certificate in Education with Qualified Teacher Status - Oxford University.
