RnB Night

Welcome to RnB Night! As far as the breakdown of the night, with the music being focused on RnB, line dances, and throwback HipPop, we will also bring a dress theme into the mix, being based on the 90s and 2000s. As a promotion, the first 40 tickets for the event will be for $15 until May 1st, with the regular price being $22 then afterwards. RSVPs and refund requests are due by July 1st.

To RSVP

To rsvp for this event and secure a ticket, first you must rsvp thru the Eventbrite invitation. This rsvp is to include your full name, email, congregation name, and phone number. At the door, tickets will be checked so each rsvp must include your name and the name of those you might bring with you (please do not buy multiple tickets and only put your own name in place of each attendee you bring with you). If you can, show your payment confirmation at the door. But regardless I will have the full guest list on hand that checks both for rsvp and payment.

Dress Contest

As part of the event being a 90s vs 2000s dress theme, there will be a dress contest for anyone interested. Then during the event, the crowd will vote on winners, and each winner will receive a prize! This contest is fully optional, but participation is welcomed. But out of everything, the most important rule is to dress appropriately! We remember the words at 1 Peter 2:12 and 1 Peter 1:15,16, we represent Jehovah in both our conduct and speech, so let’s keep this in mind for the events this night!

Food and Drink

A full meal will be provided along with appetizers however eating beforehand is still recommended. A cash bar (Apple pay and cash will be accepted) will also be set up with a variety of cocktails prepared by our bartender. However as always, non-alcoholic drinks and water will be free. A full menu for both drinks and food will be posted below in a link. With this event the age limit is 17+ and for anyone partaking in alcohol (21+) will receive a wristband or marking at the front door when IDs are checked (NO ID MEANS NO BAR ACCESS). It’s very important that we have a fun but more importantly, a safe night! Once you receive your wristband, please wear for the remainder of the night for access to the cash bar. Also as for refunds: REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED PAST JULY 1ST 12AM MIDNIGHT. Any refunds beyond July 1st will not be processed unless of family emergencies or similar issues (illness, car breakdown, etc). You are all given three months to decide to attend, make arrangements with your schedule, and hopefully attend the event. All I ask in return in that, events and the work that myself and my team puts in, are respected in regard to cancelling last minute without good reason.
