Have you ever participated in a 5k? Have you ever done 1/2 of it while carrying a bunch of food?! This out & back open course 5k (ish) run & walk challenges us to move our bodies and support local food security. Every ounce of non-expired, non-perishable food you are able to haul to the 1/2 way point (& dropoff location) gets you 1 second off your time. Cost of registration is up to you. All $ donations go to a local food effort which is being organized in Riverwest to create food equity amongst neighbors.
Invite all of your friends! Post run beers at Amorphic. $1 of each pour goes to the cause.
