Riverside Radiance : Yoga & Manifestation Meditation at Riverside Park

Immerse yourself in nature’s embrace at the most magical hour of the day. Our unique outdoor yoga experience invites you to connect deeply with the healing power and beauty of the natural world.
What to Expect:

• Dynamic Vinyasa Flow: Guided through an innovative and fluid Vinyasa sequence, you will move with intention, honoring the majestic setting sun over the Hudson River, the “Ganges of New York”!

• Sacred Meditation and Manifestation: Each week we'll be offering our Manifestation Prayers to the River, so give a thought to what you'd like to manifest, and perhaps write it down before you come to class!

• Inspired by Ancient Wisdom: The Sages of Yoga learned so much just by observing Nature. We are carrying on this tradition as Yogis of the Digital Era, fostering personal growth and contributing to the creation of a New Earth together.

• Exclusive and Intimate: To ensure a personalized and profound experience, our classes are limited to just 19 participants.

Please bring your own mat, and whatever props you may need. I also recommend bringing:

- water

- coverup in case it gets cold

- sunscreen

- sunglasses

- insect repellant

- credit card or money, in case you want to get something at the Pier I Cafe for an after-Yoga treat:)

- any other props you'd like to use

Weather Dependent: Given the outdoor nature of this event, any changes or cancellations will be communicated via email by 2 PM on the day of the class. Rest assured, you will receive a full refund if the session is canceled.
