If you're looking to increase your skill on moving water whilst paddling the best kept, secret stretch on the River Wye, then this paddle is for you. Our instructors will share their tips for gaining confidence and developing skill in playful sections of the river whilst having fun!
In a small group environment you will learn how to paddle and play in class 1 rapids developing your technical turns and manoeuvrability for paddling against the flow and in choppy water.
This tour is for the progressive paddler. Helmets must be worn and can be provided.
Suitability: You should feel comfortable self rescuing. Be able to manoeuvre the board easily in the direction you wish to go. Be able to move from kneeling to standing confidently.

Paddlers must have a good level of water related fitness.
Attendees MUST be able to swim unaided.
