River Valley Sound: Sam Steffen at Little Brick

River Valley Sound is your chance to enjoy intimate performances by some of Edmonton's most beloved singer-songwriters, hosted in one of Edmonton's oldest homes-turned-café. Come sit by the fire, enjoy a wonderful beverage and food pairing while hearing music performed up close. The evening includes a question and answer period with the artist, where the audience has the chance to get to know the performer on a personal level.

In April, Little Brick welcomes Sam Steffen. Recipient of the 2025 Edmonton Folk Music Festival Emerging Artist of The Year Award, Sam has quickly become one of Edmonton's most beloved songwriters and performers since moving here only a few years ago. With songs that draw you in like time-tested stories and a delivery that is as genuine as the man himself, Sam will feel like an old friend by the time he sings his first line.
