Purpose
The River Region is home to a network of colleges and universities with the potential to drive innovation, talent development, and economic mobility. This roundtable will bring together key stakeholders to:
- Collaborate on AUM Innovation Challenge (October 2026) to engae students in the River Region to participate in a "hackathon" style challenge based arohnd AI. This is a collaboration between Auburn University at Montgomery (AUM) and The Eagle Institute (Air University/A7V)
- Strengthen cross-institution collaboration
- Align academic programs with regional workforce needs
- Identify opportunities for shared resources and joint initatives
- Exlpore innovation pipelines in AI, STEM, and emerging industries
