Explore the River Dart valley, its history and habitats in the company of Julian Carnell: Sharpham Trust director, river-campaigner, conservationist, educator - and now author.Julian will lead guided walks along the river to mark the publication of his book Becoming the Ocean: A River Dart Journey Through the Wild, the Ancient and the Sacred.

You can buy a ticket for the walk, or a combined ticket that includes a copy of the book.
Books will also be on sale at the end of the walk, along with free refreshments (or buy the book online here).
The route begins at Sharpham House, heads to the saltmarsh and along the river to Totnes, returning via our Wildflower Meadow, to Sharpham House.
Sturdy, suitable footwear is necessary.

• Adult £20 – includes one copy of the book on the day
• Adult £5 – subsidised cost for those who need it (still helps The Sharpham Trust)
• Children, aged 7-17, FREE - fully funded
• There is a maximum of 2 children aged 7-17 per adult.
