The team behind the Ashcombe Mini Downhill are pleased to announce a new MTB Enduro race for the South West, the River Dart Enduro. Hosted at the beautiful River Dart country park, set in 90 acres of parkland within Dartmoor National Park.
We are bringing Enduro MTB racing to Dartmoor with a 4 stage race within the woodlands of the park. Expect fresh cut, hand built stages, that will be physically and technically demanding. This event is suitable for experienced racers and first timers.
Make a weekend of it! With optional Saturday practice available on 2 stages, come camp at the park and bring the family. The park has a whole host of activities available for all ages.
There are not many races with shower facilities and an onsite bar/restaurant! This is one race you will not want to miss.
Weekend Format:
Saturday:
Optional practice available on stages 1+4 between 10am-2pm (see more below).
Sign-on available also at this time.
Sunday:
Sign-on: 7.30am-9am.
Practice (all stages): 9am-12pm.
Racing from 12.30pm.
Podiums roughly 20 minutes after final rider crosses the line.
Entry to the park:
Please note that whilst entry to the park for racers is free, spectators will be required to pay the £3.50 entry fee.
Saturday Practice:
We will have 2 stages available to practice between 10am-2pm Saturday. In order to ride you need to book onto the Dartmoor Bike Park and pay the day entrance fee (if you are booking camping you only need to book the bike park). Wristbands will be issued at the bike park hut and we will be checking riders on stage that they have signed in. The bike park is of course open all day to ride also.
Camping:
Camping is available to book for Saturday night, this is at a rate of £20 per pitch with electric hook up. If you book the camping this also covers your day entrance fee for both Saturday and Sunday if you are bringing the family. Book here at River Dart website.

• 4 stage MTB Enduro race with an additional 'power' uphill stage for E-MTBs.
• E-MTBs must comply with the UK law, must be pedal-assisted and cut assistance at 15.5mph (25kph). We will be checking! No Sur-Rons, converted e-bikes, e-bikes with throttles etc…
• Timing provided by the best, SI Timing team.
• Full onsite medic team.
