Feeling energetically out of sync? This 2-hour experiential workshop is your invitation to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with the living wisdom of Vedic Astrology β using practices you can carry into everyday life: your breath, your senses, and your awareness.
Through guided pranayama paired with planetary aromatherapy rituals, you'll learn simple, grounded ways to harmonize with planetary cycles, regulate your nervous system, and create real moments of balance in your daily rhythm. No astrology background, no Sanskrit, no experience required β just a willingness to notice and attune.

Meet Your Guide:
Sherry Steine is a Yoga Therapist, Vedic Astrologer, and Certified Aromatherapist through the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA). Her work weaves together the ancient sciences of Jyotish, yoga, and aromatherapy β offering planetary wisdom not as prediction, but as relationship. Through breath, scent, and subtle body awareness, she invites students to feel the cosmos as something near, not distant; something you live in conversation with, not under.
Sherry's teaching centers on accessibility and embodiment, meeting each student where they are and offering practices that are both practical and meaningful. She is the author of I Settle: A Journal of Aromatherapy & Color Breathing Rituals for Inner Peace, and through her private work, educational offerings, and writing, she empowers individuals to engage with ritual and self-study in ways that feel grounded, intuitive, and sustainable.
