Join us for an intimate conversation on Rituals of Sensual Care with Sexologist, Laura Lee.

Hosted by Bruxa founder, Madelene Kadziela, we will open our space to explore why we find ourselves prioritising skincare, meditation, clean eating and yoga, but tend to neglect our sensual wellbeing. Pleasure is a form of self-care, and prioritising it is an act of self-love.

Laura is a psychologist & sexologist with over 17 years experience in clinical practice and coaching. She is the Director of Blue Space Psychology where she provides individual psychological and sexual therapy. Her research has been published in the Journal of Positive Sexuality.

Each guest will be provided with a 'Pleasure Toolkit' of guides and resources to help elevate your sensual wellbeing, along with a 5ml Body Oil of Summer and 5ml Lubrication of Water.

Light food and refreshments will be provided.

Our space will be open from 6.30pm, with the conversation commencing at 7pm sharp.
