This unique event will begin at sunset on February 1st, Imbolc, at the ‘Turning of the Seasonal Wheel’ from ‘Winter towards Spring.’
Join us for this unprecedented collaboration of some of the most evocative acts in Cincinnati’s history of original world folk music and the visual artistry of some of the city’s most creative light and projection artists.
The Reliquary of Urban Artifact will hum and shake to the ecstatic rhythms and haunting melodies of Mohenjo Daro (Indian & Middle Eastern World Fusion), Mayan Ruins (ecstatic psychedelic tribal), and Hexxen (Nordic diaspora folk fusion), while its vaulted ceiling is painted with light and imagery by Kosmik Ray joined by BB Hutch and Nightpain of Fig 8, immersing the listener in realms of entrancing mythos and ritual.
