This is a casual conversation, not a presentation. We’re just sharing what’s working. Maybe you have a way of handling your calendar that saved your week, or a simple habit that helped you land your last client. Whatever it is, we want to hear about the reality of how you’re running things.
What we’ll talk about:
- A recent win you had and the specific habit or process that helped make it happen.
- The small routines that keep you organized when things get busy.
- Ideas from other local business owners that you can actually use in your own work.
If you feel like your business is a bit of a mess right now, or if you’ve finally found a rhythm that works, come join us. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out.
