Come join us on Fri, Oct 25th 2024 at 7:30 AM at the beautiful Ballygally Castle Hotel for the . Swapping business attire for dryrobes and small talk for authentic connections, this is networking with a difference. No swimming experience is necessary, just a wee bit of bravery!
The morning begins at 7.30am, where there will be introductions and tips from Ciaran on how to get the best results from networking authentically. Then Ciaran will guide us through the breath and cold exposure, inspiring us with the confidence and knowledge to breathe through anything.
Also included is a guided group dip in the sea, wood-fired sauna, hot breakfast and two inspiring guest speakers in in Maire Nawaz and Chris Clarke.
