About this Event
The San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts proudly presents Rising Stars: Fiona Shea & Friends, an afternoon of chamber music featuring violinist Fiona Shea alongside clarinetist David Shea and pianist Lucas Amory.
This dynamic program showcases colorful and emotionally rich works for mixed ensemble, including Darius Milhaud’s lively Suite for Violin, Clarinet, and Piano, Robert Schumann’s deeply expressive Fantasiestücke, and Aram Khachaturian’s dramatic and lyrical Trio for Violin, Clarinet, and Piano. Highlights also include the radiant slow movement of Richard Strauss’s Violin Sonata, selections from J.S. Bach’s monumental C Major Sonata for solo violin, and Chopin’s shimmering Barcarolle for solo piano.
This program promises an afternoon of chamber music brought to life by three exceptional performers.
