Ease into Sunday mornings with an interactive & generative writing workshop.

Join us for FOUR consecutive Sundays of communal writing time for POC/BIPOC creatives. Together we create, share and explore stories using fresh prompts to propel us beyond the here and now. At the end of the series each participant will have at least (8) new first draft stories.

Isn't it time to give your stories the time and space to blossom? the nurturing they deserve? and to (finally)scratch that creative itch? Join us.

Embedded in the AWA (Amherst Writers & Artists) philosophy: All writing is treated as fiction. The writer/author/creator is distinct from the narrator and/or characters.

Every person is a unique storyteller with an abundance of creativity. There is no 'right way'. We listen to stories for what has impact, what's strong. This workshop does not critique. (Issa *glass half full* kinda jam here.)

All levels from curious to published, from journalers to journalists are embraced.
