About this Event
Join us for this restorative day of hope, healing, and transformation on the healing land of the First Congregational Church in Auburn to better understand the process and outcomes of post-traumatic growth.
Co-facilitators Dr. Joyce Mikal-Flynn, trauma care and recovery expert, and Erin Alexander, inter-spiritual somatic educator, will integrate modern science, spirituality, and embodied, research-based practices to support your capacity to rise up through lifeβs challenges and changes.
Participants can expect a lecture, meditative practices, community connection + inner reflection during this inspiring day meant to bring hope and healing to all. Please bring a bag lunch and journal.
