Start your morning with two inspiring beach yoga sessions — your choice of a Gentle Flow or an Invigorating Flow — both paired with Sound Healing to restore balance, strength, and inner calm. The sessions will be led by instructors from Yoga Your Way, Carlsbad Village Athletic Clubs and Bloom with Rose.

After class, stay to enjoy a community sound bath, raffle prizes, local food, and the positive energy of coming together to support two incredible nonprofits.
