Early morning yoga practice honours the energy of Surya Namaskara: the traditional practice of acknowledging the rising of a new day. Expect to be challenged and ready to start the day feeling awake and energised.

Class runs for 60 minutes each Tuesday from 5.45am - 6.45am starts 8 October and runs until 26 November.
