About this Event
The heart is the most powerful source of electromagnetic energy in the human body, producing the largest rhythmic electromagnetic field of any of the body's organs. What happens when hearts gather in loving-kindness, then? We level up, we vibrate on another level, we rise! Move, breathe, and connect at the inaugural Rise Ritual Social curated and led by Lesley Carney (@flowyogagirl) and Jessica Boxer (@thefoxyogi). We'll ignite the practice with a Raw Cacao Ritual + Sound Healing then flow in a powerful, meaningful way, followed by a deep, shadowy yin practice and sealed with an extended savasana.
