Encouraged items to bring: Wear confy clothes, bring your yoga mat, blanket, bug spray. Bring a bathing suit and a towel if you're planing on jumping in the Ice Bath.

Soulfire Alchemy is a conscious community created to safely explore what sets your soul on fire. This is where spirituality, psychology, and medicine meet to help you on your path to healing and nervous system regulation.

In this special event, we’ll discuss the collective astrology of this full moon and the themes associated with it, explore the physical and spiritual activation of cacao, use breathwork to begin gently guiding your nervous system into a more relaxed state, follow with a guided meditation and, lastly, we’ll ice plunge to cleanse and renew for the month ahead.

Meditation is a habitual process that has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, increase emotional self-awareness, lengthen attention span, improve sleep, improve blood pressure, and reduce pain.

Breath work is a variety of breathing techniques and exercises that can improve one’s physical, psychological, and spiritual health. Some benefits of this practice can include decreased levels of stress and anxiety, increased energy levels, increased immunity, decreased pain, improved sleep and digestion, and has also been proven to greatly improve blood pressure.

Sound Healing is the intentional use of sound, frequency, and vibration to relax the body and create balance and alignment within the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual layers of the self. These sounds help to facilitate shifts in brainwave state by using a method called entrainment. By using rhythm and frequency, we can entrain our brainwaves to down-shift our beta waves (normal waking consciousness) to alpha waves (relaxed consciousness) and theta waves (meditative state).

Ice baths have been shown to provide many health benefits by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. With repeated use, you may experience things including an increase in energy levels, a boost to your immune system, a reduction in inflammation, better sleep, lower blood pressure, stress control, and improved metabolism! So come chill!

Aaron, The Holistic Healing Lover found himself in deep waters earlier in life, this led him to find refuge in self-practices from around the world. Intuition, empathy, and energy allow Aaron to connect with and support others in their healing process. Through the two amazing practices of breathwork and ice baths, he connects the physical and metaphysical for others and self.

Synergetic Productions was meticulously curated by entrepreneurs: Laura & Esmeralda - both conscious connectors and community architects. Two business women who decided to combine their natural gifts to catalyze great impact in their local communities. Their vision is to help people in their communities feel safe and welcomed during their events, while gaining a transcending sense of self-discovery and awareness after leaving their events.
