A 2‑day immersive leadership summit to build emotional intelligence and transformational leadership skills your leaders can use immediately.
About this Event

This two‑day Leadership Summit is a fully immersive, hands‑on experience designed to change how your leaders think, feel, and act in real time. Day 1 focuses on Emotional Intelligence: leading self, managing triggers, and building trust through emotionally aware communication. Day 2 focuses on Transformational Leadership: shifting from managing tasks to inspiring ownership, driving change, and shaping culture.

This is not a lecture or a “sit and listen” event. Leaders will be actively practicing skills, working through real scenarios from your organization, and leaving with concrete tools and commitments they can apply immediately to their teams and their day‑to‑day leadership.

All tickets include both curriculum books, continental breakfast and lunch each day, plus a Certificate of Completion for the 2‑day Leadership Summit.

Day 1: Emotional Intelligence
Theme: Leading yourself so you can lead others.

Day 1 is an immersive, hands‑on experience where leaders unpack how their emotions, habits, and blind spots impact every interaction they have. We move EI out of theory and into real conversations, real triggers, and real behaviors. Through exercises, role plays, and guided reflection, leaders learn to recognize their patterns under pressure, manage their reactions, and respond in ways that build trust instead of drama.

Outcomes: After Day 1, leaders will be able to:

  • Recognize their own triggers and patterns and catch themselves before they default to defensiveness, withdrawal, or reactivity.
  • Regulate in the moment using simple tools to stay calm, clear, and composed in tough conversations and high‑pressure situations.
  • Read the room more accurately, noticing emotional cues, energy shifts, and unspoken tension on their teams.
  • Respond instead of react, choosing language and behavior that lowers friction and increases trust and openness.
  • Have emotionally intelligent conversations about performance, feedback, and change without avoiding or exploding.

Day 2: Transformational Leadership
Theme: From managing tasks to changing behavior and culture.

Day 2 builds on the self‑awareness from Day 1 and turns it outward. This is where leaders learn to move from “good manager” to true culture‑shaper. Through real scenarios, group work, and live practice, they learn how to set a compelling standard, drive accountability, and inspire ownership instead of compliance. The focus is on practical tools leaders can use immediately with their teams to create lasting shifts, not one‑time motivation.

Outcomes: After Day 2, leaders will be able to:

  • Articulate a clear, compelling vision and standards that actually change how their teams think and behave day‑to‑day.
  • Lead through change by communicating the “why,” anticipating resistance, and bringing people with them instead of pushing from behind.
  • Coach and develop their people, using powerful questions and feedback that unlock ownership instead of dependence.
  • Drive real accountability in a way that feels firm and fair, so commitments turn into consistent execution.
  • Model the leadership culture you want, aligning their actions with the values and behaviors the organization needs to grow.

This two‑day summit is not a lecture. It’s a working lab where leaders practice the emotional intelligence and transformational leadership skills that move the needle on culture, performance, and real business results.
