Rise-N-Shine Bunny Yoga

Yoga is a wonderful way to invite energy into the body and mind. This class will help to cultivate inner and outer stamina through breathwork and build strength within postures. There is the added bonus of sunshine streaming through the windows and bunnies hopping around the space to heighten the experience! All abilities are welcomed.

Kathy Wild will lead the class and has been teaching all levels of yoga for over 20 years in the Chicago area. She is a bunny mom who soothingly blends her unique style of bunny interaction and yoga.

Ages 8+ are invited to join us. A limited number of mats are available for use. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled as class will begin promptly at 9:00am.

*Please Note - A minimum of 6 attendees will be required for this event to proceed as planned. No refunds/reschedules for ANY reason will be accommodated with less than 24-hrs notice.
