Rise in our Roots

Four sessions:
First session: 28 May.
Last session: 18 June.
Location: Sheffield (close to the city centre).
Participants are recommended to attend at least 3 out of 4 sessions including first and last.

A space to strengthen your power, reduce your anxiety, work on your energy think bigger together.

We take a trauma-informed approach to deep conversations.

Each week blends group coaching with playful movement, meditation, visualisation and some amazing music.

We take a decolonial approach to learning, embedding Paulo Freire's approach to learning, reflection and action.

Held with love, courage and deep care, it is a space where you can show up fully, just as you are.

Reflection is woven throughout, with space to pause, listen and learn from each other.

This programme uplifts, empowers and energises every day people to create greater impact.

The programme unlocks deep seeded patterns so they can rise and the wider community can benefit from their brilliance.

We believe leadership isn't a title but a way of being and that everyone is a leader as we all influence the world around us.
This work matters to us.

These sessions create the space many of us never had. A space to breathe, with courage and loving awareness.

By bringing together a diverse set of people, we bring in solidarity and send a different energy out there to dissipate the growing shadow energy.

You may not see yourself as a leader - we do! We want to bring humans from all sectors, who know they have more to give their communities and can't find the bandwidth during their 9-5s to explore deeper meaning.
