We all love a good fairy tale… until real life walks in with its messy texts, wrong timing, unanswered messages, cute ghosts and sacred “NOs”.
In this workshop we won’t chase “the One”. We’ll raise the quality of the love you move with – in your body, with others, with life itself.
Through the 5Rhythms map we’ll explore:
✨ Flowing – From “melt into me” to “I feel myself, so I can really feel you.”
✨ Staccato – From “do anything to keep me” to “let’s choose each other clearly – YES, NO included.”
✨ Chaos – From soulmate drama to the delicious uncertainty of not knowing.
✨ Lyrical – From Disney ending to ordinary magic: light, playful, nobody owned.
✨ Stillness – From “forever” to “here and now, this is true.”
We’ll move with our inner drama queens, without judging them – and let the body show us where we’re still in the fairy tale and where
love becomes real, spacious, alive.

Ambu Alessia Lencioni (IT):
5Rhythms Teacher( Waves Level) since 2018, based in Italy. Mentor & Facilitator, Ambu teaches retreats and classes all over Italy and Europe. She is a Dharma Coach Certified; Consultant & Counselor Somatic Oriented, working with women since her 20’. Her background has more than 25 years of inner work and trainings (shamanism, shadow work, somatic approach and spirituality) and it is focused on the de-conditioning process from the structure of the ego in order to live a life in real abundance and authenticity.
Creator of the Signature online Spiritual Coaching Program for Women “OsarSè” (“Dare-to-be-you”)
Ambu is a Sanskrit name that means water of bliss; she lives in the woods in Italy, under the Mountain of the Witches and surrounded by the power of rivers running through ancient canyons.
In her workshops she brings depth as well as playfulness and the point of view of the „i don’t know”. She loves to travel with her “partner in crime” Martino who plays any kind of instruments for live music touch and to inspire the dancers to use their voice during the waves.
