All levels mat pilates:
In this 50-minute class, we’ll move through a series of exercises to warm up the body, build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness. With a focus on posture, core control, and breath, this class will leave you feeling centered and ready for the day ahead. Modifications and progressions are provided to suit all fitness levels, but please note it is not suitable for pre/post-natal clients.
