Tuesday Mornings Rise & Restore
This isn't about fitting one more thing into your morning. It's about giving your nervous system permission to rest.
Rise & Restore is a restorative yoga practice designed for deep recovery and renewal. We use props, bolsters, and blankets to fully support your body in gentle, long-held poses. There's no effort, no striving, just breath, stillness, and the space to let go.
Expect slow transitions, grounded presence, and maybe the first real exhale of your week. This class is for tired bodies, busy minds, and anyone who needs to remember what it feels like to truly rest.
We gather at Rising Moon Studio, a beautiful, intimate space with a cozy fireplace to welcome you on cooler mornings.
