RISE & RESET 🧠💪🏾 is a community-centered mental health and wellness event that connects personal hygiene, self-care, and emotional well-being through hands-on workshops, movement, creative expression, and open dialogue. The event will be attended by boys and young men (ages 8+), adult men, fathers, mentors, and caregivers, with a focus on participants from communities impacted by health disparities who benefit from accessible, culturally responsive, and stigma-free wellness programming.✨ Build confidence
