Ste E-25, San Diego, CA 92122 and Palm Plaza stage, near Free PeopleJoin us for a collaborative and transformative yoga experience in celebration of Stress Awareness Month. Kick-start your morning with an intention-setting meditation guided by Arawayuu's Founder, Maria Salazar, who will lead you through daily affirmations. Following this grounding meditation, lululemon Ambassador Laura Monk, of Soulfish Events, will guide you through an all-levels, invigorating vinyasa flow, followed by refreshments in-store by Bea Green Juice.
This community yoga class isn't just about physical well-being; it's also about nurturing your mental and emotional health. In our fast-paced lives, it's crucial to carve out moments of serenity and self-care. This event provides the perfect opportunity to do just that. With a focus on rising above stress and flowing into a state of inner peace, we invite you to join us on the mat.

About Arawayuu: Born in San Diego and crafted in Colombia, Arawayuu has the mission to share a tradition and give back to the indigenous community of The Wayuu(“Wah-you”)tribe. Founded by Maria Salazar, jewelry enthusiast with a digital marketing and public relations background, initiated this concept to empower Colombian women artisans. Arawayuu offers vibrant lines of Wayuu clutches handwoven by the Wayuu artisans, and adjustable yoga mat straps designed by Maria. 10% of Arawayuu’s sales go back to support Wayuu artisans, the largest indigenous community located in the northeast Colombian region of La Guajira.
