Rise & Connect is a relaxed yet powerful gathering designed for women who want to prioritise wellbeing while connecting with a supportive community of like-minded women across Staffordshire and the surrounding areas.
Hosted by the WILD & WILD community, this special event blends women’s circles, wellness practices and conscious networking to help you feel grounded, inspired and deeply connected.

We begin the morning with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, creating space to slow down, set intentions and arrive fully present.

We’ll end the morning with a supportive women’s circle, creating space for reflection, sharing and connection.
