Rise and Shine

Come as you are and spend the afternoon in good company. Rise and Shine is a space for women to gather, connect, and take a moment for themselves. Whether you’re craving calm, creativity, conversation, or simply a different pace, this is for you.

We’ll begin with mindful, hands-on art and tabletop activities, simple, grounding, and open to all. A chance to slow down, create, and share space without pressure. As the afternoon unfolds, you can explore wellbeing stalls, find something that speaks to you, and enjoy refreshments and light snacks available throughout.

We’ll close with the uplifting sounds of Eba Sallah, bringing reggae rhythms to lift the room and carry us into a joyful close, so bring your dancing shoes, or just your sway.

This is about being together, feeling good, and leaving a little lighter than you came.
